Job Description
- Professional with an excellent track record in radio broadcast engineering with minimum of five years experience.
- Solid background in RF transmission equipment.
- Experience with analog as well as digital equipment.
- Familiar with current technology and aware of emerging industry trends.
- Strong organizational strategic and analytical skills ability to manage and prioritize numerous projects while meeting goals and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of a variety of computer skills.
- Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and grow their current professional abilities.
- Oversee all technical operation and maintenance of broadcast station infrastructure for all Pillar Media Colorado stations.
- Conduct site visits and maintain technical logistical support for stations.
- Under the Director of Engineering responsible for maintaining FCC technical requirements for Pillar Media Colorado stations.
- Provide regular reports to the Director of Engineering.
- Oncall 247 for emergencies.
- Pursue ongoing professional development for the benefit of the ministry.
- Other special projects as directed by Station Management.
