- Support the removal and installation of cabinet doors custom cabinets and fixtures in alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
- Follow directions effectively and consistently.
- Learn and master repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize proper techniques for measuring cutting and assembling cabinetry.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and overcome jobrelated challenges.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Genuine interest in remodeling with a strong desire to learn and advance in the field.
- Ability to thrive in a team setting and follow guidance from experienced installers.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing highquality work.
- Basic carpentry skills are required; experience in trim or frame carpentry is a plus.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Ramsey NJ possess a clean driving record and have reliable transportation.
