Responsibilities
- Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:
- Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians
- Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings
- Creation of parts Purchase Orders
- Receiving counting and data input of all purchased parts
- Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing
- Monthly reporting and EOP updates document filing and photocopying
- Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents
- Additional duties as assigned
- Companybranded shirts will be provided and required to be worn while on duty
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have computer usage skills and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player yet be able to work independently
- Proficient using Word Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions
- Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus
- Travel for company business is occasionally required
License Requirement: Must possess a valid stateissued drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record
DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiners Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required
Salary Range: $21$25/hr
