Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Shifts and 1 weekend a month)
Salary: 30000 (Full time Pro Ratad for Part Time) Competitive Benefits

Do you enjoy fixing things solving problems and keeping everything running like clockwork Were on the lookout for a hands-on dependable and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team and help us maintain a high-quality safe and welcoming its a leaking tap a broken door or general upkeep of our facilities your work will make a real difference every single day.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks from minor plumbing and electrical fixes to painting and general repairs
- Responding swiftly to maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Helping to keep our buildings and grounds in top condition
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets health & safety requirements
- Working closely with a supportive team who appreciate your skills and effort
What Were Looking For:
- A basic knowledge of general repairs plumbing electrics DIY or general handiwork
- Someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work
- Ability to work independently but also happy collaborating with others
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience is a bonus but not essential
