Job Description
We are looking for a Physician Medical Director to lead an outpatient Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care center in Northern Kentucky.
- Provide leadership by mentoring and developing clinical staff.
- Deliver highquality patient care while managing clinical operations.
- Oversee clinician onboarding and ensure adherence to standard workflows.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with employers payers and local communities.
- Provide direct patient care and manage clinical responsibilities.
Hours: MondayFriday 8am5pm
Requirements
- Board Certified by ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine.
- Unrestricted medical license and DEA license in Kentucky.
- DOT Certification preferred or must be willing to obtain!
- Experience in clinical leadership and quality improvement preferred.
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
