About the Team
Global Premium Brand Foundations Marketing Specialist is a new role within our Aftermarket Division.
What you can look forward to as Global Premium Brand Foundations Marketing Specialist (m/f/d):
- Lead Brand Foundation development deployment and governance for all Premium ZF A M Brands.
- Brand Foundations: develop implement maintain and govern usage of all brand foundations (Standards to be used as Mandatory Guidelines) i.e. Brand Story Brand Profile Brand Architecture and Brand Identity to ensure consistent of brand identity visibility and market position. Maintain a competitive edge in the market by building strong and resilient brands that resonate with customers and drive growth.
- Brand Governance: ensure that the brand is consistently represented and protected across all owned earned & paid channels and touchpoints by sticking clearly to Brand Foundation guidelines. Ultimately this builds Brand Equity and Brand Health in the medium to longterm.
- Build capability: educate the organization. Starting with your own team create training & education materials to build coaches who have the capability to educate the organization on what Brand foundations are and how to apply them.
- Measure optimize & drive growth: set KPIs for Brand Equity and Brand Health. Define the metrics set up measurement frequency and scorecards using pragmatic costefficient methodology. Monitor & analyse results to develop insights leverage learning and make recommendations to Regions and BLs to improve our brand initiatives.
- Standardize: create best practice standards for all brand foundations (online and paper). Document brand foundations to codify expectations and enable easy access and thus consistent application at all times on all brands in all markets.
- External Lens: responsible for competitive tracking. Brand positioning strategy & health.
Your profile as Global Premium Brand Foundations Marketing Specialist (m/f/d):
- University degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand building scaling and disciplined marketing
- Fluent in developing & executing Brand Foundational Guidelines
- Customer centric attitude based on outsidein perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers
- Experience in cross functional project management
- Experience in applying agile working methods
- Excellent ability to influence without authority
- Advanced stakeholder management skill
- Experience in critical thinking and ability to create insights from data and strategies recommendations from insights.
