French Speaking Outside Sales Representative

Location: Quebec Montreal or Ottawa Canada Remote

About the role:

As an Outside Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of BSI Americas product and service offerings related to ISO standards and certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a targetdriven environment and enjoys developing longterm relationships with clients.

In your day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Drive Sales Growth: As a hunter in the sales field develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage with key decisionmakers in small to midsize organizations to present and position BSI products and services helping them meet ISO standards.

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business leads building a continuous sales pipeline to support longterm success.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients ensuring continuous business growth and repeat engagements.

  • Market Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends strategizing to capture new revenue generation opportunities.

  • Accurate Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports supporting business forecasting and strategy development.

  • Travel for Success: Travel to visit clients on a quarterly basis building personal connections and furthering business opportunities.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Sales Experience: At least four years of experience in sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus though not essential.

  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and French.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate influence and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Collaboration Mindset: Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.

  • TechSavvy: Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Valid Drivers License: Travel to client sites is required on a quarterly basis.
