LiveIn DSP Manager: Family Teacher
Salary $35000 $38000 plus FREE housing and utilities!
GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Family Teacher to lead a residential program for persons with a range of support needs. This position comes withFREE housing rent and utilities for a private apartment are completely paid for so you can focus on providing quality compassionate care while earning a salary at the same time!
As a Family Teacher you will live in GoodLifeprovided housing as the home manager and primary caregiver for a small group of adults with disabilities. You will manage program finances support the needs of clients and supervise direct support staff providing care to clients.

Some qualifications:
- Previous caregiving and supervisory experience preferred
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
- Ability to live onsite
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals

Some duties include:
- Training motivating and providing ongoing support to Direct Support staff
- Managing all aspects of the home (grocery shopping tracking house budget housekeeping)
- Assisting with or providing full support for personal care/hygiene needs (bathing dressing grooming)
- Transporting clients in company van
- Administering medications
- Supporting clients at their Day Service programs
- Charting/documenting data using computer system
