Role: Graduate Sales Research Associate

Sector: FinTech

Salary:k OTE (Uncapped)

Location: North London (ideal for candidates in Hertfordshire as well as central London)

Are you a recent masters graduate looking to break into the FinTech and financial services space Our client is a leading financial technology consultancy specialising in optimising trading and risk management systems for global financial institutions working with the likes of JP Morgan and BlackRock. With offices worldwide including Paris Dubai New York and Singapore we help banks asset managers and financial firms streamline their operations and stay ahead in the dynamic world of capital markets. With this hybrid role between sales and recruitment its an amazing opportunity to elevate your business development career in a global FinTech business.

The Role:

  • Supporting the sales team with the internal recruitment of talent within the Treasury Capital Markets IT sector but you dont need to be an expert in these beforehand!
  • Candidate management through the hiring cycle (client brief resourcing and engaging with candidates assessing their skillset up to delivery);
  • Commercial research on client technology use cases.
  • Support to new business development & sales functions.
  • Building long lasting relationships with both candidates and consultants to grow networks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to Masters or any international equivalent level.
  • Sales based or recruitment experience/placement year is ideal but not required.
  • Driven confident and assertive with an ability to work in fastpaced environments.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to engage with CLevel associates and candidates.
  • A positive and resilient mindset to achieve strong progression in a challenging sales environment.
  • A UK drivers licence and ability to commute by car is preferable but not essential.
  • This client will provide sponsorship and financial assistance with relocation if required.
