We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing Intelligent Automation practice within our Financial Services unit in Stockholm. We specialize in Pega but also continuously evaluate the market. Come and join a growing team of experts with various backgrounds and industry knowledge. Your future duties and responsibilities:

We participate in and run projects and commitments on site at our clients but mainly from our local offices. We work both individually and in teams with other colleagues in our projects. Our assignments are carried out with the support of established methods and models based on industry standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We are looking for senior experts with an intelligent automation focus and expertise from the Pega platform. For now we are primarily evaluating senior developers and business analysts. We will prioritize candidates that are fluent in English and have an academic degree on top of relevant work experiences with 8 years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
This is the expertise we are looking for:
Senior/Lead Business Analyst
You thrive in the role between business and IT and you feel comfortable driving requirements elaboration in large or small organizations. In your role you can manage and deliver both functional and nonfunctional requirements. You are excellent at planning and delivering outcome oriented workshops and you can both orally and visually capture requirements and deliver your required input ontime.
Pega Senior System Architect
You have extensive knowledge in the Pega platform including the ability to design and implement complex solutions lead development teams and help manage projects. You have a great understanding of the Pegas architecture processes best practices along with great problem solvingskills. You are an effective communicator with all types of stakeholders. You stay up to date with changes in the Pega platform and you strive to become a future LSA.
Pega Lead System Architect
You are a senior expert and a technical leader. You are used to set the overall application design for a given solution and you are very effective at communication. You are a person that enjoys mentoring less senior colleagues and you also help clients grow their Pega knowledge base.
You have a great understanding how the clients business models work and your technical thought leadership helps organization derive new business models while optimizing existing processes. You come with an extensive indepth knowledge of the Pega platform and its architecture best practices for development and overall a very good understanding of application lifecycle management.
