Job Description
Description of the role:
The server position at Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls New York involves providing excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant. As a server you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders delivering orders to tables ensuring guest satisfaction and handling payment transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a server is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payment transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
