Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
A Family Nurse Practitioner is needed in San Jose CA.

Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday seeing an average of 1620 patients per day.
- Bilingual is preferred but not required.
- EMR system is EPIC
- Willing to assume primary care role for a full patient panel
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of NP experience required
- Primary Care Experience Required
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of two years of clinical workrelated experience.
- Active unrestricted license with the California Board of Registered Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Unrestricted DEA license.
- BLS certification preferred.
