An ICG client is looking for aspecialist to assess the credit decisioning modelof an unsecured small business lender.
Role
To perform assessment of existing credit decisioning model and identify root causes for the credit losses/bad debts
KeyDeliverables:
- Perform assessment of the existing credit decisioning model methodologies credit policies and the lending strategies
- Assess impact of changes to current decision criteria from previous decision criteria with a focus on bad debts
- Perform case assessment of different loan scenarios based on predefined sampling methodology
- Identify root causes for the existing credit losses
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field
- 5 years experience in credit treasury corporate finance or a similar field within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated expertise in credit decisioning financial modelling and credit risk analysis
- Strong understanding of lending industry
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Logistics
Start date:ImmediateMarch2024Duration: six to eight weeks
Location:Sydney CBD or Remote.
Rate:The daily rate to the consultant will benegotiated.

APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
