We seek a highly organized and proactive Demo Applications Manager to oversee the governance and management of over 150 applications. This Senior IC role is critical in supporting all our technical teams (Products Presales Postsales Customer Support and many more) in leveraging these apps to build and maintain new connectors solutions support customers troubleshoot connector issues and create impactful and meaningful demos and POCs. This Senior IC role will define a strategy to procure and manage hundreds of new apps instances and credentials support user requirements manage budgets handle the intake and procurement processes and ensure demo instances initial setup and configuration. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to manage and support our demo environment effectively.
Oversee the governance and lifecycle management of 150 demo applications.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for demo instance usage and maintenance.
Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Administer demo applications by adding users configuring permissions and assigning licenses.
Perform complex configurations to ensure applications work properly and align with organizational intentions.
Regularly review and update application settings to maintain optimal performance and security.
Act as the primary point of contact for user requirements and support related to demo instances.
Provide timely and effective support to users addressing any issues or concerns.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in utilizing demo instances effectively.
Perform the initial setup and configuration of demo instances ensuring they meet user requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of demo applications.
Develop and manage budgets for demo instances ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.
Track and report on expenditures identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Manage the intake process for new demo instance requests ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with the procurement team on the procurement process including vendor selection and purchase order management.
Track and manage the renewal process for all demo application licenses and subscriptions.
Ensure timely renewals to avoid any service disruption.
Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate renewal terms with vendors to secure the best possible rates and conditions.
Analyze and identify repetitive administrative tasks to design and implement automation solutions for improved efficiency. Examples might be user creation license allocation or removal connection creation in demo workspaces and many more.
University degree or equivalent educational experience ideally in a technical or engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application management IT governance administering applications and performing complex configurations.
Proven track record of managing budgets and procurement processes.
Experience in a customer support or userfacing role is highly desirable.
Certification formal training or deep familiarity with platform administration integration development and platform architecture is advantageous.
Familiarity with process orchestration workflow tools Business Process Management Robotic Process Automation or other automation products.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong understanding of application management and governance.
Experience administering applications including user management permissions configuration and license assignment.
Familiarity with concepts like Single SignOn (SSO) MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and Identity Federation. Understanding of OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML protocols. Experience setting up and configuring IDPs like Okta.
Familiarity with setup and configuration of software applications.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services is a plus.
Ability to document configurations settings and processes.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
