About the Role
As an Application Support Analyst youll provide essential support for a range of critical applications ensuring smooth operations and a seamless user experience. Youll work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues optimize performance and align solutions with institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for key applications including Blackboard Echo360 Syllabus Plus Allocate Sonia and Lumivero
- Leverage ServiceNow to manage incidents and service requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure alignment with institutional policies and procedures in a bureaucratic environment
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance application functionality
- Document resolutions best practices and process improvements
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow and supporting enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Education applications and their role in an academic environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to navigate bureaucratic environments and ensure compliance with policies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
