Client Care Specialist What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our clientswhether in person over the phone or online.
- Provide a seamless welcoming and professional experience to every client.
- Answer inquiries schedule service appointments and assist with sales requests.
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Communicate effectively via phone email and text responding to all incoming leads and setting qualified appointments.
- Maintain an organized client database to foster longterm relationships and repeat business.
- Represent Hinderer Motor Companys culturebuilt on passion teamwork and excellence.
What Were Looking For:
A friendly and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
Previous customer service experience (call center retail hospitality or sales experience is a plus!.
Ability to multitask stay organized and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Techsavvy with basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus!.
A problem solver with a positive attitude and a drive for excellence.
High energy and a strong work ethicwe want gogetters!
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be comfortable working onsite at the dealership.
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
Open to applicants with limited work experiencewell train the right person!
