Job Description
Why we are looking for support
In your role as a Consultant (m/f/d) you will work in a team of Scrum Master Consultants Developers and QA Engineers.
This position can be performed hybrid in home office and at any of our office locations in Mannheim Saarbrcken or Berlin.
Your tasks
You understand clients needs for reporting / dashboards / data analysis
You will advise our customer on best practices or proven solutions for their needs
You elaborate the data structure and logic needed
You are responsible to setup tableau accordingly
You will train clients users and admins on the usage of the system
Requirements
- 3 years professional experience working as a Business Analyst Consultant or similar positions in the IT environment
You have vast knowledge of Salesforce platform products especially on Tableau
You bring knowledge on interfaces
You have experience in developing training concepts and creating training materials to train our clients
- You have the ability to work in a diverse international environment and communicate fluently in German and English (At least B2 (CEFR) level)
- Clientfocussed and autonomous work ethic
- Ability to work and communicate in a fastpaced international environment
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
