We are looking for a motivated customerorientedAutomotive Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team!
As an Automotive Parts Counter Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with parts identification order fulfillment and product recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts along with expert advice and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner.
- Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions including parts orders and returns.
- Maintain a clean organized parts counter and stock room.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an automotive parts or retail environment is a MUST (at least 1 year experience)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts tools and systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
