We provide comprehensive primary urgent and preventive healthcare services as well as select specialty services and social support programs. Our physicians nurse practitioners behavioral health providers and staff offer friendly expert care for individuals and families throughout East Central Indianawith or without insurance. Ability to pay is not a barrier to care. Services are offered at multiple locations in Muncie and Anderson. As a Human Resources Generalist you will uphold our Mission Vision and Values. In this position you will assist with the implementation coordination management and follow through of the daytoday functions programs and policies/procedures of the HR department. HR Team VP of HR > Director of HR > Talents Specialist Credentialing Specialist and HR Generalist. Responsibilities (How this position enhances our Mission Vision and Values)
Mission Improve the Quality of Life of Others:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits and employee recognition.
- Conduct benefit enrollment for eligible employees; assist with benefit administration including medical dental vision voluntary life life insurance short term & long term disability and 401k retirement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and organizational guidelines that affect human resources (e.g. OSHA EEOC ERISA COBRA FMLA Wage & Hour).
- Support employee engagement surveys as needed.
Vision ODHS preferred partner in East Central Indiana for improving the wellbeing of individuals and the communities in which they live:
- Understand and participate in the tactical and strategic development of human resource practices.
- Assists in the administration of FMLA and workers compensation.
- Manages benefit enrollment changes and terminations within Paycor and benefit websites including COBRA.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding benefits including medical dental vision 401k PTO and FMLA.
- Administrator of Employee Anniversary Program.
- Supports biweekly company new hire orientation.
- Coordinates internal fund raising for community partners and Open Door.

Education: Associate degree in related field from accredited school preferred. Continuing education in the HR field is a plus.
