Role Brief:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Data Analyst to join our growing ecommerce and customer portal team. In this pivotal role you will work closely with sales operations digital marketing and product teams to deliver actionable insights optimize user experience and improve business outcomes. You will own data analysis and visualization while ensuring high data integrity and compliance. Additionally you will provide enduser support business process guidance and assist in the transition from ecommerce to the customer portal where applicable. Responsibilities- Collect clean and manage large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform indepth analysis of order details revenue user behaviour and conversion metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on revenue line of business growth and IP address tracking.
- Create clear insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or advanced Excel.
- Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions for efficient performance tracking.
- Provide datadriven recommendations for improving website usability reducing friction points and optimizing revenue.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy privacy and security.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management and IT to implement tracking and measurement plans.
- Collaborate with data engineers to maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ecommerce analytics and customer portal transitions guiding internal teams on best practices and strategies.
QualificationsOther Requirements:
- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel (Pivots calculated fields conditional formatting charts dropdown lists etc. MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
- Advanced level SQL.
- Familiarity with SQL VBA coding and Excel Macros.
- Minimum 7 yearsof professional experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles and practices is a plus.
- Experience providing enduser support and business process guidance.
