Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead you will support our University Recruiting and Relocation Support teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources and learn about various aspects of HR functions. You will contribute to the successful of our HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Relocation Support:

• Benchmark relocation programs to identify best practices and support program enhancements.
• Assist in the preparation of the relocation rebid process.
• Support our intern housing program by addressing Q&A inquiries and conducting surveys to gather feedback.

Intern Hire Support:

• Perform file closeouts for intern hires.
• Enter education details into the HR system maintaining uptodate and accurate information.
• Conduct audit reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies.
• Provide logistical support during intern enrichment activities including event setup coordination and .

This team works a 9x80 schedule onsite at our Research Education Campus in Idaho Falls Idaho.

Minimum Requirements

• Undergraduate student enrolled in full time at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Business Management English or related field.
• A minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT and OPT).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Undergraduate Internships $26.16/hour $31.47/hour).
• Masters Internships and PhD Internships PreCandidacy $32.87/hour $35.26/hour).
• PhD Internships PostCandidacy $35.95/hour $38.41/hour).
• Eligible interns are provided paid holiday time off and many of our internships offer travel reimbursements.
