Job Description
Larrys (Heritage Hospitality) located in The Lawrence House in Uptown is looking to hire 1 parttime summer seasonal patio bartender.
Responsibilities
- Serve a selection of cocktails spirits beer seltzer cider wine and nonalcoholic options in accordance with Heritage Hospitalitys standards and recipes.
- Maintain complete understanding of all offerings.
- Manage flow of guests in the work area.
- Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age.
- Entering items into Square pointofsale system.
- Cash & card handling.
- Ensure a clean & organized work area.
- Monitoring & stocking of bar inventory.
- Opening & closing of work area.
- Perform side work as needed.
Requirements
- Our ideal candidates will have a hospitality driven mindset with a welcoming disposition.
- While experience as a bartender isnt required for this role at least 1 year working in hospitality is helpful. This role is great for those that would like to gain experience as a bartender and can commit to a full season. College students recent graduates and J1ers are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of cocktails spirits beer seltzer cider wine and nonalcoholic categories.
- Able to comfortably be on feet for the duration of the shift.
- Able to reach bend and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate strong communication reliability honesty and integrity.
- Must be comfortable working solo and on a team in the work area.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid BASSET certification.
- Must be able to communicate and write in English. Spanish is a plus.
Availability
- Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend: May 23rd 2025 thru August 31st 2025
- Fridays Saturdays & Sundays from 3pm11pm (time window subject to change)
- All shifts are weatherpending as the work area is outside.

- $11.50/hr gratuity
