Partner Staffing is currently working with our client to find anexperienced Project Manager to join their team in Canada. We are seekingan exceptional individual with robust project management communication andorganizational prowess coupled with a dedication to providing exemplaryservice. Joining our Edmontonbased team youll thrive in a collaborativeenvironment where we frequently partner with our U.S. counterparts offeringaccess to a wealth of technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivatingand nurturing relationships through Business Development endeavors with privatereal estate land development and redevelopment clientele fostering a steadybusiness pipeline.
- Craftingproposals and establishing budgets for prospective projects.
- Overseeingclient accounts including billing and collections while prioritizing clientsatisfaction.
- Steeringproject design teams to ensure successful project .
- Providingmentorship and training to team members.
- Activelyparticipating in training sessions and management meetings contributing toorganizational growth and development.
- Regularlyengaging with the Group Leader to align on mission objectives ensure qualityassurance and control foster staff development and optimize projectperformance.
Requirements
- Extensive civil consulting experience of 15 years.
- Professional designation such as P.Eng. P.L. (Eng. or P. Tech.(Eng..
- Essential expertise in Land Development with municipal experienceconsidered advantageous.
