Being a global organisation managing 13000 fleet and machinery we need to ensure that all these machines are efficient and safe for use. The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions fleet management international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

Toll is seeking a Fleet Technical Support Manager to oversee and manage the technical aspects of our fleet maintenance operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our fleet remains efficient compliant and costeffective.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Fleet Performance & Cost Management: Minimise downtime optimise performance review highcost repairs and drive costsaving initiatives.
Technical Support & Compliance: Provide expert repair advice oversee breakdowns warranty claims and ensure maintenance quality.
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams suppliers and manufacturers to enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
Data & Incident Analysis: Analyse fleet data investigate incidents and implement safety and operational improvements.
Workshop & OnSite Support: Assist with technical challenges ensure efficient repair processes and provide oversight at multiple locations.
Skills & Experience:
Fleet & Maintenance Expertise: Minimum 3 years in technical fleet management with strong knowledge of repairs and cost control.
Customer & Stakeholder Focus: Strong service orientation negotiation skills and ability to build effective partnerships.
Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to drive longterm improvements resilience in problemsolving and accountability for results.
Passion & Continuous Improvement: Dedicated to enhancing culture processes and performance within the business.
Qualifications: Possess a Trade Qualification as a Heavy vehicle Diesel Mechanic minimum certificate (III) with relevant industry experience in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Management.
