Job Description
Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams (KBJW) is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager (PM) to join our dynamic team in Richmond VA.
The successful candidate will manageall aspects of site development projects including designapprovaland construction.Additional responsibilities include workload allocation of technical staff members maintaining existing client relationships and assisting with the preparation of proposals. The PM will manage project timelines budgets and client expectations.
As PM you musteffectively communicatewith KBJW clients contractors and jurisdictional authorities throughoutthe duration of site development projects.You will collaborate with other team disciplines including Land Surveying Planning Environmental Geotechnical and Construction Management.
Position Requirements:
- BSCivil Engineering
- Professional Engineers license
- 10 yearsof design experiencerelated tosite development
- Experience in business development and client interaction
- The ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
- Demonstrate strong organizational communication and computer skills
- AutodeskCivil 3D Proficient
