Job Description

Job Title:Executive Director

Job Type:Full Time

**Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of management experience in the home care space to be considered**

This job description outlines the objective primary responsibilities and/or requirements and qualifications of the Executive Director.

Overview:

A leading senior care company is seeking a dynamic leader in the Baltimore area. The Executive Director is responsible for the revenue growth planning directing overseeing and management of the day to day and longterm activities of the office. This executives essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth while maintaining exceptional quality of care.

Job Description:

  • Manage the daytoday operations provide daily support and leadership to the caregiverand office teams.
  • Strategizeorganize and direct business operations of the office to achieve the goals directives vision. and support mission of the company.
  • Oversee budget and P&L of the region allocate necessary resources.
  • Develop business sales growth initiatives with Business Development Manager.
  • Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships joint ventures and/or alliances.
  • Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure highquality client care and effective utilization of resources for growth and financial viability.
  • Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
  • Ensure staffing and recruitment initiatives meet and support business needs.
  • Oversee training and development of care and office team.
  • Adhere to federal state and local compliance practices.
  • Oversee accurate time keeping and records.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for market and client expansion and new business development.

Qualifications:

  • Home care management experience is required.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Mininum of 10 years of operations and employee management experience required.
  • Demonstrable business development and sales management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape as it relates to networking and creative content within the home care/healthcare landscape.
  • Possess a strong business acumen and forecasting/budget/P&L experience.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Proactive with foreseeing potential issues and providing multiple resolutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both subordinate team and corporate partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Internet PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.
