Job Summary
The incumbent will develop and deliver noncredit continuing education courses seminars and workshops related to the financial services industry on an asneeded basis to both corporate clients and adults in open enrollment. May be required to create learning outcomes and corresponding assessments. Course will be designed to meet regulatory and local workforce educational and training needs. Topics may range from basic accounting and QuickBooks to financial planning related subjects. Positions available at both the Florham and Metro (Teaneck) campuses.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field and 35 years work experience in the subject matter. Appropriate industryvalued credentials for the subject. Work experience beyond 5 years may be substituted 1 for 1 for the degree. At least 1 year previous experience teaching adult learners. Proficiency in MS Office and appropriate industry accepted software applications. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in the subject matter Proficiency with (or willingness to learn to deliver) online/blended instruction is desired.
