Key Responsibilities
As the Commercial Planning Manager you will lead a small integrated team in their commercial planning efforts to enhance business performance drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights.
Sales & Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and sales projections.
- Ensure alignment between sales goals and supply chain capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Monitor key commercial metrics analyzing performance data to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization & Innovation:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline commercial planning workflows.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insights.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:
Education & Experience:
- A degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in commercial planning business strategy or a related field ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools financial modelling and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems and demand forecasting software is an asset.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a resultsdriven approach.
