An Assistant Director is responsible for:
- Delivering craveable food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds ChickfilA Quality Requirements
- Becoming proficient in all FOH operations
- Cash accountability
- Coaching the behaviors of FOH Captains and Team Members
- Developing leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated highperformance team that embodies the vision of the business through goalsetting and regular performance feedback
- Approve shift changes among Team Members
- Monitor actions that do not meet CFA standards and execute accountability documentation for Team Members who fail to meet expectations
