We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Senior Manager with 10 years experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities develop strategic partnerships and expand our client base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including potential clients and partners to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of travel sales and business development and must have previously managed overseas agents.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Requirements and skills
University graduate in Business Discipline with minimum 10 years experience in the Airline / Hotel / Travel Industry of which a minimum of 5 years at a managerial level.
Strong general management and leadership skills along with a well developed sense of commercial acumen.
Excellent analytical interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Proven time management and organizational skills ability to work efficiently on multitasks and opportunities.
Be an effective strategist and a dynamic business builder with strong conceptual planning and implementation skills.
Must have extensive experience across a broad range of travel / airline related disciplines with an indepth understanding of professional governmental and legal compliance requirements at a local and international level including minimum 5 years experience in heading Corporate Business Team of a MidSize / Large Travel Management company. Must be able to provide supporting evidence of previous performance and track record.
Must possess excellent People Management Skills with highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
Must have prior experience in travel agency product pricing contract negotiation and must be familiar with the unique complexities associated with the industry and airline and customer requirements.
Must have a proven track record of strategic planning and budgeting and delivery.
Previous experience / awareness of the India market and airline and travel industries.
Must be able to increase revenue and acquire corporate business.
Languages known English Hindi & Marathi.
Must have a passport.
