Navanti is an applied analytics company specializing in helping its United States Government and private sector clients to make informed and empirically driven decisions on the most challenging problems in transitioning and postconflict countries. We conduct research and analysis provide training and technical assistance manage programs and help clients operate in countries across Africa Eurasia and the Middle East. Navanti is currently seeking highly qualified candidates for several positions for an anticipated indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) aimed at strengthening operations performance management practices at USAID via analytic support training technical assistance information management and change management services.
- Technical Manager: shall serve as Navantis primary subject matter expert and chief liaison to the customer as well as provide overall leadership for all technical aspects of the work performed by staff under this program.
- Business Manager: in coordination with the Technical Manager shall continuously monitor all aspects of contract activities and recommend adjustments when necessary.
- Technical Advisors: shall conduct analysis of USAIDs performance in the sectors below to inform decisionmaking and provide technical assistance and training to strengthen the ability of its staff to plan implement and assess program and management performance.

- Technical Advisor Program Associates: shall provide administrative and logistical support and may be called on to prepare drafts and copy edit reports under the analytic support and technical assistance components.
- Writers/Editors: shall produce highquality print and electronic materials distributed effectively to target audiences.
- Information Architects: shall gather information about the Agencys websites webbased applications and online communities and develop logical data models to present the information to various internal and external audiences.
- Web Developers: shall design web pages (or elements of web pages) and build them into standards compliant websites using XHTML CSS JavaScript/AJAX or Flash.
- Database Developers: shall create management systems to provide effective and efficient access to information stored in databases.
- Program Associates: shall provide administrative and logistical support and may be called on to prepare drafts and copyedit reports for one or more of the program technical areas (e.g. training technical advisory and communication/information management).
