Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team on a full time basis. As a Bartender you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional service. Salary: $16$17/hr gratuities
Shifts: Full Time/Permanent. Weekdays weekends days and evenings.

Key Responsibilities
- Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for guests providing personalized and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of expertly crafted cocktails maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of spirits wines and other beverages and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and the kitchen especially in relation to food and cocktail pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including glassware utensils and ingredients following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner actively listening to their preferences and anticipating their needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions ensuring the proper recording of all sales and maintaining strict accountability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends new beverage products and mixology techniques and incorporate them into the development of innovative and enticing cocktail offerings.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a highend or fine dining restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails spirits wines and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and graciously with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highpressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities ensuring timely and accurate preparation of beverages even during peak hours.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility in working evenings weekends and holidays as per the demands of the business.
