Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Work on the development of the next generation of airtowater heat pumps for residential application
- Responsible for the elaboration of the market specifications for new airtowater heat pump developments as well as actual heat pump portfolio modifications
- Supporting the technical design of the airtowater heat pump taking into account relevant efficiency manufacturing and safety requirements in coordination with multifunctional R&D teams
- Responsible for the planning of the airtowater heat pumps required certifications and the coordination and implementation of tests with internal and external partners
- Ensure that the airtowater heat pumps are capable of being integrated hydraulically and in terms of control logic into the a heating system of a residential application in accordance with relevant standards
- Monitor and analize own product portfolio market trends and competitor activities
- Participation in strategic customer meetings in collaboration with the sales department
- Work with international experts and present work results in a clearly understandable manner
Your profile
- Barchelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Mechatronic Electrical or similar) with applicable experice or Masters degree in Engineering
- 35 years applicable experience in the HVAC sector preferably in the area of heating sector
- Good knowledge of mechatronics control engineering programming and thermodynamics would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the planning and the implementation of concepts and projects
- Good coordnation and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with diverse audiences including crossfunctional team members senior leaders global suppliers and external customers
- High degree of initiative and flexibility as well as willigness to travel
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
