Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Category Strategy:Develop a comprehensive category strategy aligned with the companys overall objectives leveraging your field experience to identify growth opportunities and market trends in the Indian industrial goods market.
2. Inventory Management:Utilize your knowledge of product demand and market dynamics to oversee inventory levels effectively ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock and wastage.
3. Pricing Strategy:Implement pricing strategies based on your understanding of market trends competitor pricing and customer preferences using datadriven insights to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Market Analysis:Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis using your field experience to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about emerging product trends and advancements.
5. DataDriven Decision Making:Utilize analytical tools and performance metrics combined with your field experience to make informed decisions optimize category performance and track progress towards goals.
6. Collaboration:Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales operations and customer support leveraging your vendor relationships to ensure alignment and successful of category initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field from premier institutes (preferred).
Proven experience 35 years) in ecommerce sales or procurement of industrial goods.
Proficiency in data analysis using insights to drive datadriven pricing decisions.
Demonstrated experience in product curation supplier management and inventory optimization.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills honed through vendor interactions.
