Job Description
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join to join our group at FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Lafayette located in Lafayette Indiana with satellite offices in Crawfordsville and Rensselaer. Interested candidate will be joining a large and knowledgeable group comprised of 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers. WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build longlasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives while caring for our patient population.
- Clinic hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible fulltime schedule
- Average patient volume: 20 30 patients per day
- Will provide inpatient coverage for deliveries
- Call rotation: 1:6
- Maternal Fetal Medicine Provider OnSite
- OnSite Equipment and Services:
- Davinci Robotics
- Colposcope
- Ultrasound
- Laboratory Service
- Common Diagnoses and Procedures:
- Pregnancy
- Menopause
- LEEPs
- PCOS
- Endometrial Ablations
- Natural Family Planning
- Annual Physical Exams

- Doctorate Required
- Physician License (MD/DO) Upon Hire Required
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
