Marvells Cloud Data Center Group develops cuttingedge semiconductor solutions in the most advanced technologies. Our focus is on solving the most difficult design problems in the areas of AI wired and wireless communications and other infrastructure applications. The Cloud Data Center Group program management team is looking for an experienced program manager to lead various product development efforts in leadingedge technologies.What You Can Expect
In charge of custom solutions for hyperscale cloud data center customers.
Full responsibility for the entire program lifecycle which includes initiating planning executing (development validation qualification sample delivery and production release) and closing.
Monitor and control the overall project to maintain a healthy balance of schedule quality and cost against the POR.
Collaborate with a matrix organization across multiple crossfunctional teams to drive and ensure overall program success.
Take ownership of internal and external communications at engineering management and executive levels.
Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
Ensure that problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related fields and 15 years of related professional experience. Masters degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related fields with 10 years of experience.
10 years in semiconductor industry program management role.
Exceptional leadership time management and organizational skills.
Excellent customerfacing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent risk identification analysis and problemsolving abilities.
Proven ability to make correct decisions to meet both internal strategic objectives and customer requirements.
Prior experience developing custom solutions for hyperscale cloud data center customers is preferred.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
$ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
