- Oversee Daily Production Operations.
- Take full ownership of daytoday production activities ensuring that operations run smoothly efficiently and safely.
- Monitor workflows manage resources and coordinate with teams to meet production schedules maintain quality standards and achieve output targets while addressing any operational challenges promptly.
- Drive Manufacturing Lean Initiatives and Promote a 5S Culture
- Lead the implementation and sustainability of lean manufacturing principles.
- Promoting a strong 5S culture to ensure a clean organised and efficient workspace.
- Identify and eliminate waste streamline processes and champion continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of workplace organisation and productivity.
The ideal candidate will be a decisive leader who takes pride in owning and optimising processes. They will have a talent for inspiring and motivating others through effective coaching clear communication and encouraging teamwork.
