Quality Management System (QMS) Development:
Develop implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO IATF VDA 6.3 and industry best practices.
Establish quality policies procedures and documentation to govern all aspects of quality assurance and control.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the quality assurance team including hiring training mentoring and performance evaluation.
Provide guidance and support to team members in executing quality assurance activities effectively.
Audits and Compliance:
Conduct internal and external audits inspections and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards regulations and customer requirements.
Address audit findings implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Quality Improvement Initiatives:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality increase efficiency and reduce defects or nonconformities.
Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes analyze data and implement process improvements.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production engineering supply chain and customer service to address qualityrelated challenges improve processes and achieve quality
objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination among departments to ensure alignment with quality goals and initiatives.
Quality Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze Customer complaints Supplier complaints in house complaints using QC tools (preferably 8D)
Analyze quality metrics trends and performance indicators to monitor quality performance identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.
Prepare and present quality reports dashboards and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Certification Compliance and Standards:
Stay updated on regulatory requirements standards and industry trends related to quality assurance and compliance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines standards and certifications applicable to the organizations products or services.
PREFERRED SKILLS
oKnowledge in Product and Assembly process plastic rubber and metal parts
oOverview of automotive parts (Sensors Solenoids Coils Relays etc.
oAbility to understand customer requirements from customer documents drawings etc.
oPPAP process and documentation
oAbility to address internal and customer complaints using Q tools
oAbility to conduct supplier audits
