Job Description
Job Title: Recreation & Wellness Facility Monitor (PartTime) (Temp)
Reporting Relationship: Associate Athletic Director Facilities & Recreation
Unit: IWUMarion
Department: Intercollegiate AthleticsIWUM
Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center
The Facility Monitor shall serve for the summer session (typically May August). Preference will be for Monitors to work the full summer term.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions
- Engage with students faculty staff and members as they participate in Rec activities
- Assist with tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Confront those who are not abiding by RWC rules and regulations
- Provide safe and effective weight room help
Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
