Job Description
MEP Senior Engineer
MEP Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing parts of construction projects providing technical advice and solving problems onsite and within scope. If you believe you are selfstarter capable of delivering projects & show amazing attention to detail lets meet.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice to staff supervisor inspector and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System..
- Analyze mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
- Oversee the work of teams of various disciplines of gc team contractor and attend progress meetings with client.
- Review contractors shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project director with appropriate comments/approval within the specified timeline.
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
- Identify problems in design plan manage and deliver project.
- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.
- Advise the Project Head of any technical aspects of the electrical/ mechanical services that may affect construction progress.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- 47 years of proven experience in construction with supervisory or project oversight experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand architectural structural mechanical and electrical plans scopes of work community features.
- Knowledge of MS Office AutoCAD and Project management software.
- Problem and conflict resolution skills ability to prioritize work tasks and teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation is required.
- Working knowledge ofMIVAN Shuttering andhandling the project from starting to finishing is a plus
Pedigree:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering construction science engineering architecture or related field from an accredited university.
