Wonderful Academic Leader Director of General Surgery Residency Program Opportunity in Dover DE.
This practice is looking for an experienced surgeon with academic experience for the position of Program Director of our General Surgery Residency Program. Our GME footprint also includes IM FM EM Hematology/Oncology and Sports Medicine Fellowship starting soon.
Position Highlights:
- GS Program Started in 2022
- Currently 3 PGY1 & 3 PGY2 Residents
- Join Hospital Based Practice in Dover
- Transitioning from a Level III to a Level II Trauma Center
- Shared Call In General and Trauma
- Opportunity to Develop Other Interests
- 53000 ED Visits Per Year
- Neurosurgery CT Surgery Interventional Card Interventional Neurology
& Interventional Rad on Staff
- Central and Southern Delawares Largest health system
- EPIC EMR
- 40 Minutes To The Beach
- 90 Minutes to Philadelphia 2 Hours to DC
