Mandatory Skills

Role Overview
We are hiring a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer for a direct contract role with Talpro deployed at our client location. This individual must demonstrate fullstack expertise with a strong understanding of Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft development stack. In addition to being handson the role demands mentoring junior developers and implementing best coding practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain highperformance solutions using .NET Core and ASP MVC.
- Manage SQL Server components including procedures schema design and performance tuning.
- Lead and implement Azure Logic Apps integrating with external systems and utilizing builtin connectors and libraries (e.g. for EDI conversions).
- Architect scalable applications using SOA MVC and multitier principles.
- Develop reusable components to improve development efficiency.
- Enforce quality through test automation frameworks and code reviews.
- Act as a tech mentor guiding junior developers and leading by example.
- Drive best practices across all phases of the SDLC ensuring maintainable and efficient codebases.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI tools for developer productivity.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Successfully led a minimum of 2 endtoend projects.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to guide small teams especially in Logic Apps implementation and architectural decisions.
- Comfortable working from client location in hybrid mode.
Python Development with AI/ML TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn NLP, LLMs, RAG Systems, Computer Vision AWS Bedrock & AWS Services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, IAM) RESTful APIs (Flask/FastAPI) Docker & Kubernetes Data Engineering (ETL, Apache Airflow/AWS Glue/Spark) Relational & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
