Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Lead Generator to identify and engage with potential B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling email outreach and lead prospecting for IT and nonIT outsourcing services. This role is targetdriven requiring strong communication skills and a strategic approach to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads for IT and nonIT outsourcing services.
- Research and build a pipeline of target companies and key decisionmakers.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate details.
- Engage with prospects through followups appointment setting and relationship building.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation cold calling and email outreach.
- Prior experience in IT and nonIT outsourcing sales is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US market dynamics and business culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases.
- Highly motivated goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work US time zones as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outsourcing domains such as IT services BPO digital marketing and staffing.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and sales funnel management.
- Ability to craft compelling email sequences and outreach campaigns.
