Are you a motivated IT professional with expertise in managing highavailability (HA) data centers and network operations We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to oversee the daytoday operations of our planned onpremises HA data centers and network operation center. This role will include infrastructure engineering duties with responsibilities expanding over time. Ultimately this position will lead a team of technicians ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure while implementing best practices for data center and IT/OT network operations.

What You ll Do:
PLM Architecture & Implementation:
- Architect and deploy PLM systems that support full product lifecycle from design through manufacturing.Manage daytoday IT/OT network operations center activities.
- Configure modules for BOM management change control document workflows and lifecycle governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians providing training and professional development.
- Build secure and scalable system architecture and governance frameworks for longterm success.
- Promote best practices in engineering data management and digital collaboration.Operations & Security:
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Identify process inefficiencies using analytics and implement datadriven improvements. with crossfunctional teams to improve New Product
- Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- Ensure all PLM systems meet regulatory requirements such as ISO FDA and APQP.Lead incident response efforts for data center and network outages minimizing service disruptions.
- Establish endtoend product traceability and robust compliance documentation.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead PLM system initiatives from concept to deployment and support.
- Act as the goto technical expert and liaison across engineering IT and manufacturing.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee thirdparty implementations and upgrades.
- Deliver system training and user enablement to drive adoption and success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements
Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field (Master s preferred).
6 years of experience in PLM implementation and system management in engineering/manufacturing settings.
Skills & Abilities:
- Mastery of major PLM platforms: Siemens Teamcenter PTC Windchill or D ENOVIA.
- Experience integrating PLM with ERP MES ALM and CAD systems.
- Deep understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of BOM change management and document control systems.
- Proficiency with CAD integrations (CATIA NX Creo SolidWorks).
- Expertise in data governance validation and system migration.
- API and scripting knowledge for custom PLM integrations.
- Strong project management and crossfunctional leadership experience.
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical information.
- Change leader with a record of driving user adoption and system success.
Certifications:
Certified PLM Professional (or equivalent).
PMP Agile or other project management credentials.
CAD/ERP system certification a plus.
