The Position:
First impressions matter and thats where you come in! You will serve as the face of the Spa at The Greystone. Your interactions with our customers will have an important impact and set the tone for their entire spa experience.As a customeroriented team member you coordinate schedules of the spa appointments handle customer inquiries and promote and describe spa services and enhancements. This position also serves as a back up to our front desk as necessary.
Additional responsibilities include:
Creating a wonderful spa experience for our clients including spa set up each morning
Working with internal team and spa contractors on appointment scheduling
Oversees spa retail and wholesale items
Inventory Control
Be the point of contact for all spa requests and communication
No previous spa experience required but preferred. Other qualifications include:
Be friendly and smiling
Good communication skills
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
Able to demonstrate high attention to detail while booking spa services
. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
