HomeBased Mental Health Clinician
A HomeBased Mental Health Clinician is needed in Chicopee MA.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Chicopee MA. Chicopee MA is known for its rich industrial history particularly in textiles and manufacturing which played a significant role in the citys development. Additionally Chicopee is home to Westover Air Reserve Base one of the largest Air Force Reserve bases in the country contributing to both the local economy and national defense.
Salary and Benefits
- Fee For Service $35 $51 hourly (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Schedule depending on caseload will include evenings and Saturdays
- Patients in Franklin Hampden and Hampshire County
- Providing therapy education counseling and skillbuilding for children and their families in their home environment
- Conduct CANS evaluations provide interpretive summaries and develop treatment recommendations
- Offer risk management safety planning and immediate support during crises
Requirements
- Clear and Active LMHC LCSW or LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts preferred but not required
- New grads are welcome!
