Requirements
Job Responsibility what you do
- Manage projects with topdown oversight throughout entireexecution to ensure success as defined by adherence tostandards of scope budget and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customerrequirements with company goals and coordinate variousmanagers and technical personnel during all project phasesfrom initial development through implementation.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progressand address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailedscheduled reports on measurable items such as milestonesand deliverables.
- Determine and define clear deliverables roles andresponsibilities for staff members required for specific projectsor initiatives.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel toprovide encouragement identify problems create solutionsand implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionablefeedback relating to cost benefit and returnoninvestmentstandards.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directlywith customers and staying informed of relevant trends andindustry news.

Desired Requirements:
- Proven46 years ofwork experiencein IT industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering orequivalent relatedexperience in a technical field.Deepknowledge in JAVA programming required.
