Job Description
- Technical Expertise: 48 years of strong experience in Python with a proven ability to write clean efficient code and optimize quality through comprehensive code reviews.
- Code Review & Quality Control: Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality with a focus on quality assurance practices.
- Tool Customisation & Automation: Handson experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of at least 35 developers guide them through technical challenges and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.
- Conflict Resolution & Resource Management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of highquality outcomes.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences delivering constructive feedback and providing clear updates to stakeholders.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams particularly in driving process improvements alongside engineering teams.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of LLM code provide feedback and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Tool Optimisation: Implement customizations and automation to improve team workflows and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team providing technical guidance and setting clear expectations for project success.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and other teams to ensure technical requirements for data are met.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance team processes and workflows to drive productivity.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly communicate project updates and address any technical requirements from stakeholders.
