Job Description
- Assess patients physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve patients mobility strength and coordination.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans exercises and strategies for continued progress at home.
- Document patient progress treatment plans and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Doctorate or Master s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Flexible with various schedule and can start ASAP.
