Write2D manualprogrammingofCNCturning the machine
Knowledge about 2DmanualprogrammingofVMCmachine.
Effectively operate setup and programmed of CNC turning & VMC to produce various machine parts
CNC VMC programming for 3 axis 2 axis horizontal vertical 3.5 axis machines by usingsoftware and tebis with Fanuc and Siemens controlling system
Independent work on checking fixtures checking as a checker of programs load distribution as a team leader
Problemsolving in programming
To Create CNC programming by using UG and TEBIS soft wares in vertical horizontal& 5 axis machines
To deliver programs with first time right engineering into internal customers on time
Analyzing & suggesting to the designer for modification in the design of fixtures and dies.
Giving guidance to die designer about the mfg. Possibilities
Coordination with other departments like CNC MC SHOP DIES ASSEMBLY SHOPS and inspection.
